Affiliate Disclosure

What are affiliate relationships?
TraderVerdict earns commissions when you click an affiliate link and sign up for a prop firm, platform, or brokerage. These are tracked links that tell the firm "this signup came from TraderVerdict." We typically earn a flat fee or percentage of the challenge fee.
Which firms have affiliate relationships?
Currently: FTMO (8% of challenge fee). We disclose this on every page where affiliate links appear. The full list will be updated as relationships are added.
How commissions work
Commissions are paid per signup — not per review. We do not receive ongoing payments based on how many people trade with a firm or whether those traders profit. Our incentive is simply to send interested traders to the firm.
How affiliate status affects scores — it does not
Scores are assigned before any commercial contact with firms. A firm cannot pay its way to a higher score. Affiliate relationships are offered only after a score is finalized. We have turned down affiliate commissions from firms scoring below 50 — even when those commissions were significant.
The hard rule — public and non-negotiable
Firms scoring below 50/100 do not receive affiliate links. This is stated publicly, in writing, and applies regardless of what commission rate is offered. Currently: The Funded Trader (score 31) has no affiliate link on this site.
How to report concerns
If you believe a score was influenced by an affiliate relationship, contact us at info@traderverdict.com. We will investigate and respond publicly if warranted. Our score history is append-only — every change is logged with a reason and is never deleted.
